SuitAbility Information for Orders Sent Outside the USA
Payment is required by credit card or PayPal- NO EXCEPTIONS. We charge the amount in US dollars and your bank converts it to your currency. Any duty or taxes is paid by you and collected by your country’s customs agency. We cannot tell you how much it might be.
To Canada- We charge a flat S/H fee of $4.50 and all orders are sent by First Class International (airmail). Your order normally goes out within a week and will take 1-2 weeks after that to arrive. Once in a while it takes a week or two longer.
To all other countries- We send orders by First Class International (airmail). The US Postal Service no longer offers surface delivery. The delivery time estimate once your order has been sent is 1-3 weeks, though it can take longer.
Order total up to $30.00 US- $9.00 US shipping cost
Order total from $30.01 to $50.00 US- $12.00 shipping cost
Order total over $50.00 US- $20.00 shipping cost
If the actual shipping cost for your order is significantly more than $20.00 US, we will charge the actual shipping amount to your credit card. Please email us first if you are placing a large order.
