Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  If you entered a valid email address when placing your order, you will receive an email when your order shipped. If you have registered with our site and created an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.
My order never arrived.
  If you placed an order on or before June 27, 2014 shipping to a US address allow 2 weeks after the ship date. For orders going to Canada, allow 3 weeks, and for orders to all other countries, allow 4 weeks. If your order hasn't arrived within these time frames, email us.
A pattern is missing from my order or I received the wrong pattern.
 

For orders placed on or before June 27, 2014 please email us and we will take care of the problem.
