Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  If you have registered with our site and created an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status.  If you have not registered, please call 800-207-0256.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  If you have registered with our site and created an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.  If you have not registered, please call 800-207-0256.  Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we cannot change your order.
My order never arrived.
  If you have registered with our site and created an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to find out when your order shipped.  If you have not registered, please call 800-207-0256.  For orders within the USA, if you haven't received your order within 2 weeks of the ship date, please call us.  For orders going to Canada, allow 3 weeks, and for orders to all other countries, allow 4 weeks.
A pattern is missing from my order or I received the wrong pattern.

When will my order ship?
  If you have registered with our site and created an account,  you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped.  We try to ship all orders with 2 business days but since we are a small company we make no guarantees.  Sometimes due to circumstances it can take a week or more to ship an order.
