If you have registered with our site and created an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. If you have not registered, please call 800-207-0256. |
| How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? |

If you have registered with our site and created an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. If you have not registered, please call 800-207-0256. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, we cannot change your order. |

If you have registered with our site and created an account, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to find out when your order shipped. If you have not registered, please call 800-207-0256. For orders within the USA, if you haven't received your order within 2 weeks of the ship date, please call us. For orders going to Canada, allow 3 weeks, and for orders to all other countries, allow 4 weeks. |

| When will my order ship? |

If you have registered with our site and created an account, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped. We try to ship all orders with 2 business days but since we are a small company we make no guarantees. Sometimes due to circumstances it can take a week or more to ship an order. |
